Fred Carroll has been active in virtually every aspect of the insurance industry for over 35 years, beginning his career before graduating from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Insurance.

Carroll & Associates, Inc., founded by Fred 35 years ago, acquired Letherer Associates, Inc. (LAI). Having enjoyed a long working relationship – Carroll & Associates as program administrator and Letherer Associates as appointed retail agent – the transition was welcomed by all.

Fred continues working with other Carroll Company insurance holdings as well as supporting various trade, professional and educational associations.
